Documents required for import

LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE/FORWARDING

1. For line representation and pickup of cargo:

• - Power of attorney for OOO Rus-Logistic — originals (2 copies).
• - Bills of lading - originals (not needed if the shipment goes by telex release).

2. Set of constituent and registration documents for registration with customs and customs clearance:

• - Importer's Charter - notarized copy - 1 copy.
• - Tax Registration Certificate (INN) - notarized copies - 2 copies.
• - Certificate of State Registration of a legal entity (assignment of OGRN) - notarized copies - 2 copies.
• - Letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on assignment of codes - notarized copies - 2 copies.
• - Bank certificates on opening of accounts - original - 1 copy.
• - Extract from EGRUL - notarized copies - 2 copies.
• - Order on appointment of director - copy certified by the company - 1 copy.

If the company was previously registered with the Payments Department of Novorossiysk Customs and cleared at the South-East Post of Novorossiysk Customs, then copies of all of the above documents are sufficient.

3. Execution of a BOE requires the following::

• - Invoice - original.
• - TTransaction certificate - notarized copy.
• - Foreign economic contract* (with seals of both parties).
• - Packing List – original or certified copy.
• - Certificate/Declaration of conformity, or other permits (if necessary) – original, or notarized copies, or copies certified by the certification body.
• - Payment order confirming the payment of the required customs fees and duties - a copy.

(FOR INDIVIDUAL ENTREPRENEURS)

1. For line representation and pickup of cargo:

• - Power of attorney for OOO Rus-Logistic - originals (2 copies).
• - Bills of lading - originals (not needed if the shipment goes by telex release).

2. Set of constituent and registration documents for registration with customs and customs clearance:

• - Tax registration certificate (INN) - notarized copies - 2 copies.
• - Certificate of assignment of the EGRIP code - notarized copies - 2 copies.
• - Letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on assignment of codes - notarized copies - 2 copies.
• - Bank certificates on opening of accounts – original - 1 copy.
• - Extract from EGRIP - notarized copies - 2 copies.
• - Order on appointment of director - copy certified by the company - 1 copy.

If the individual entrepreneur was previously registered with the Payments Department of Novorossiysk Customs and cleared at the South-East Post of Novorossiysk Customs, then copies of all of the above documents are sufficient.
